Experience

  Fred L. Thompson & Associates is a Land Surveying and Mapping firm located in Llano, Texas, (sometimes called the Deer Capital of Texas), since 1972. Thompson & Associates has a knowledgeable and experienced staff to assess your surveying needs, including two licensed surveyors. Your survey data is obtained by using precise RTK and static GPS satellite receivers and radios along with electronic Total Station and Data Collector systems.
 

The office is at 111 West Main, on the north side of the Courthouse Square. Copies of large documents, color or black and white, is a service available to the public during business hours. Full size copies of Llano County Subdivision plats are available on file.

** Please include the title company and lender information if you have it. The bottom portion of our work order needs to be filled out and signed by the person responsible for payment (owner/buyer). We do not accept realtors, title companies, or lenders as responsible parties for payment. As a courtesy, we do allow 30 days after completion of title surveys to allow clients to fund our invoice out of their closings. Beyond the 30 day window, we will require payment to be made before paperwork will be released.
